What do I need to do to take the door panel off a 1996 Chevy Silverado? Pickup has power windows and door locks I need to fix inside door handle

If the locks and rear window hatch on a 1998 Chevy Blazer lock and unlock by themselves, there is probably a problem with the fuse or a short somewhere. The locks are supposed to lock when the vehicle gets put in gear. Perhaps the system that tells the locks when to lock is not working properly.
Try cycling your electric door locks with the key removed from the ignition.

this a few bolts @ the bottom they are hung on by clips take the power swites off then pull up towards the window
Exactly the same problem on my 2000 Silverado, I'm going to try to wedge the window from the door then use a slim Jim it unlock again, after that going to take panel off to find problem.
