The LG Cosmos is a CDMA device and you cannot unlock CDMA devices. You can only unlock GSM devices (ones that require a SIM card). If you are wanting to change service providers and use the same device then you would have to take it to a shop that works on cell phones and have the software flashed to the new service provider.
One of the only ways is by going to settings and changing the theme of your phone. The two themes on my phone are Carton and Space.
Its most likely the last 4 numbers of you cell phone number unless you changed it

No, the original LG Cosmos or the LG Cosmos 2 is not a smartphone.
If you are referring to the unlock code that would enable you to use the phone on different carriers, then you would need to contact the provider of that unlock code. Now, if you're referring to the PIN code, then you can contact your service provider to ask for it.
LG Cosmos. I had the Samsung Reality and loved it but the LG Cosmos was just plain better. Hopes this helps! :)
Sometimes there are password questions that have been set by the user. If one's phone has that option, the user can answer the password questions correctly and will then be given the option to unlock. If not, the best bet would be to bring it to a Metro PCS or LG retailer and get their assistance.
