Have you blocked your phone or does your phone come with a phone lock to stop people going into your files? If you have locked your phone you can go to your carrier's website ( e.g. T Mobile, Vodafone etc) and search for it there, it is often called a PUK code. If your Samsung phone came with a phone lock than take it to your nearest carriers' shop you can get advice there. Although DO NOT keep trying to enter the code when you don't know it, this could cause the sim card to block itself and request you to enter a PUK or IMEI. Which stops you from getting into your phone until you have unblocked it.
