upon defeating Chaos, and all the other FF character's story mode, two new slots will appear, the first is Shantotto from 11, the second is Gabranth from 12, compleate these stories and you will get those characters.

∙ 14y agoWhen you defeat Chaos at the end of Shade Impulse part 4, you will unlock Shantotto and Gabranth's storylines. Defeat Gabranth at the end of his storyline and you will be able to purchase him at the PP store for 1,000 PP.
