A lot depends on what you think is wrong with the window.
If none of the windows work you probably have an issue with a fuse or relay. If only one window doesn't work it could be a wiring fault, jammed mechanism (rare), bad motor or just a bad switch. Since the switch is the easiest to get to you might want to start there. Everything else you'll have to remove the door panel for access.
If the windows just don't automatically raise/lower when you use the button check your owner's manual for proper programming.

Where is the circuit breaker for power window in 1990 camry?
2000 Solara passenger power window. Are the fuses separate for the windows? Left works right does not with no power to the drivers switch for the right side.
That would depend on what's wrong with it. If one window isn't getting power (but others are) you can discount fuse or relay issues and just focus on that one window. If none of the windows work then chances are pretty good it's simply a bad fuse. Other electrical issues could range from a faulty switch to a burned out motor. If the problem is mechanical it's probably simpler to troubleshoot. Just remove the door (or side if it's the rear window) panel to see if the glass has slipped out of the carrier or something has come loose. Bottom line, identify the problem then use a logical process to troubleshoot and repair. Cheers
Check power to window switch. Common cause. Check power to window motor. If none then check fuses/relays.
remove the door panel then remove the switch which is secured at one closest to the front end by a Philips screw into a gold retainer
Remove the inside door window panel. Make sure the window is on the window track. Make sure the window linkage is not needing repair. Replace the window motor.
The power windows on a 1999 Toyota Camry's driver's side window may not roll up if the fuse or motor are bad. You should replace the fuse or take it to a local dealership for diagnosis.
check power going to the switch , and power coming out of the switch ,if no power check fuses and wiring for open or shorts , then remove door panel and bench test the motor basically put power to the window motor
under the dash broad or under the steering wheel
There can be hundreds of reasons. You have to remove the door panel and the power door mechanism.
