How do you get fast prayer experience in RuneScape?

That depends on weather your a member or not.

There's bad news for you if you want fast prayer exp.

- Some Quests Give Exp ( Can be long )

- The more exp a bone gives, the more expensive the bone is.

- 70 Construction gets you a gilded altar, some ppl use this to make money on forums ( be aware).

- Only use bones on a gilded altar whilst BOTH incense burners are lit, or you won't receive the best exp.

- Ectofuntus beat all kinds of altars ( even when both incense burners are lit!) exp wise, but the process is quite slow, and can prove to be expensive.

- Gilded Altar - Dragon Bones( both lit ) ( Expensive )

The fastest way (for members) is probably offering high-level bones or ashes - such as dragon bones or infernal ashes - at a gilded altar (in a player-owned house), with both burners lit. For non-members, the best option is burying big bones; this is fairly slow, so don't expect to get to level 99 soon.

by burying: normal bones(7xp), big bones(20xp), imp ashes(15xp), or lesser demon ashes(225xp)

You could try the Soul Wars minigame as a way of getting prayer up, it is slower than using bones on a lit Gilded Altar with two burners lit, but it will save you millions.

You must bury certain amounts of bones to get a higher prayer level. The higher the level the more prayers you have access to.

Select the combat icon and switch to defensive mode of figthing

The monastry altar provides 2 more points to prayer temporarily when you use their altar to restore prayer, effect doesn't stack. Otherwise you can level up your prayer to get point boosts.
