Well the worst thing you can do is pour it down the kitchen drain.I have found that if you let it cool, but not until it sets, since you wont be able to pour it, take an empty can such as an empty coffe can and pour it in that and store in your refrigerater with the lid on,until can gets full of scrap grease,then you can use it to burn any cardboard trash you may have if you have a burn pit,or you can even make soap out of it.
