Did he want to make you pregnant? I personally think it isn't right, but I think you should sit down with your parents and just tell them. I'm guessing they don't know your dating a 30 year old. Having sex at 13 won't sound very good to your parents, especially to someone so much older but you will have to tell them eventually. They might be mad, but they will understand and get over it. They will find out eventually so I think telling them sooner is better than later without them having to find out on their own.
