You don't have one.
US dollar bills are printed only in Washington DC and (since late 1990) in Fort Worth, Texas. Fort Worth bills have a little "FW" next to the plate number in the right-hand corner.
If you are asking about bills produced for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, $1 dollar bills, and older bills of higher denominations, have a large "L" within a circle to the left of the portrait. More current higher denomination bills have "L12" just beneath the left serial number (in type the same size as the serial number).
Inspect the upper left-hand corner of the bill's face side and look for a small "S" mark. This mark signifies that the dollar bill was printed in San Francisco.
The year should be printed on the front of the bill
The fact that you are holding it indicates it is fake. There is no such thing as a million dollar bill and one has never been printed.
It will have the words Silver Certificate printed across the top of the bill's front. In most but not all cases, the seal and serial numbers will be printed in blue ink.
If the bill is dated before 1990, it was printed in Washington DC. For later bills, look to the right of the Treasury Seal. In very small print, there will be a letter and number such as D182 or H7, which indicates the plate position of that bill during printing. If there are the letters FW just before it, the bill was printed in Fort Worth. If not, then it was printed in DC.

The year the bill was printed is on every US currency note. The year will be listed to the lower right of the bust of Andrew Jackson marked as "series" (year)
The serial number and most times the letter on the bill.
It's usually impossible to tell exactly what year a bill was printed because the same year and series letter is used until there is a change in the Treasury Secretary, Treasurer, or the bill's design.
They're plate-position numbers. Bills are printed in groups (usually 32) and the numbers tell which position the particular bill occupied in the grid.
This is great rivi stuff because few people can even tell you who is on the $50 dollar bill. Anyway, the $5000 bill was printed from 1928 through 1934. On the front is President James Madison; on the reverse is just 5000 written between The United States of America and Five Thousand Dollars.

As you must know based on your question, bills' dates are "series" dates and don't correspond to the year they were printed, only the design and/or Treasurer and Secretary whose signatures appear on the bill. It's sometimes possible to determine the actual printing date based on the bill's serial number. The link below lists various denominations and what serial numbers they have.
