You could take them to a good vet who will take in litters and see to it that the kittens are healthy and try to find homes for them. My vet does this, but not all vets do. You could also try to find homes for the kittens. Put posters up that say 'free kittens to good homes.' There are also Animal Shelters. I would either keep the kittens, sell them, or give them away.

Depending on if you are taking them in or leaveing them as an outdoor cat.

Outdoor cats~ make sure they always have fresh food and water or milk outside for them. Preferably in a covered area like under a table. Also make sure you keep the dishes clean. You may want to make an area for them with old blankets or sheets so they have somewhere to stay warm(also preferably sheltered). Do a simple analysis of the kitten. Is it a healthy weight? Does it have any noticable sores . Do the eyes look healthy(no pus or discoloration). Is the butt clean and free of exces feces or maybe worms.Check for any abnormal bumps. If there seems to be anything wrong with it either take it to the vet or humane society(if they see something is wrong with it and its beyond help it will be put down. also if they say its fine and you leave it there it will usually have a week to be adopted or they will put it down anyways).Yopu could also get certain medications over the counter(wormer, fur ball remedies) I wouldn't worry about getting rid of lfeas if your keeping it outside.

Indor cats~ First things first take it to the vet for a professional analysis. Then go about you typical cat training.

Trap them, humanely, by putting food and water into a humane trap and leaving it out there, or if you can't use a trap leave out food and water or milk, and they should eventually trust you. Then, take them to a vet or a no-kill animal shelter. Or you can find a friend to adopt them. Whatever you do, make sure they get fixed and are well taken care of, and don't let them be euthanized.

I would either call animal control or take them to an animal shelter.
