in multiplayer they respawn by themselves, but in forge press up on the dpad and press "x" and use right bumper to go to vehicles and find 'scorpian' press 'a' then 'a' again to put it down. in campaign, it comes when people deliver them, which happens only twice...you should know this...READ THE MANUAL AND BE NORMAL!!!!!

∙ 12y agoFrom Halo 3 to halo cea there has been a "Forge" gametype, which alows players too make their own items such as vehicles.
