Sneezing (sternutation) is a part of every day life and sometime in your life you may want to know how exactly you do it. Simply, sneezing is triggered by particles that enter the nasal passage and irritate it. So, an involuntary convulsion will occur when random particles like dust, cold air, etc, 'tickle' your sensitive nerves in your nose. How exactly do we sneeze? After the irritants irritate your nose a type of message is sent to your brain which then triggers your lungs to give a giant blast of air which then exits your nose and rids it of what was bothering it. So there you have it a simple note on how we sneeze!
(P.S.:Nasal passage- (nÄ'zÉ™l)
