Matthew 7:7,8 "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."
Everyone who genuinely desires an in-depth understanding of The Bible can become effective in teaching God's Word. Two elements are required: a desire for knowledge of the truth and enthusiasm to share it with others.
Acts 8:30,31,35 "And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus."
As the believers in The Bible did, we also grow together as God’s family. We accomplish this by seeking out Bible fellowships where we can benefit from the counsel and teaching of more seasoned believers.
I Thessalonians 1:5,6 "For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake. And ye became followers [imitators] of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost:"
As we develop Word-centered thinking for Word-centered living, our enthusiasm is to teach God's Word to those who hunger and evidence His power in our lives.

A book with parts written by many different people, over a period of centuries, perhaps with a number of internal contradictions (depending on your opinion), and a whole passal of different interpretations that different people have of many different biblical passages.
