Hello = shalom (שלום)
How are you can be said different ways:
ma nishma (מה נשמע)
ma chadash (מה חדש)
ma shlomcha (מה שלומך) - masculine
ma shlomech (מה שלומך) - feminine
It isn't very common to address people in Hebrew as "my friend." You would just say: Shalom, ma nishmá (שלום, מה נשמע), which means "Hi, what's up"
You could add "achi" (אחי) which is an equivalent to the English "bro" in how it is heard.

"Hello your friend" is not a grammatical phrase.
