Ba noi. To say it, say 'baa' as in a bar but make it have 'are' in the middle. So you should be saying it somewhat like this: b-are. Not bare though, keep in mind that. The best way you can learn is to say each word separately and slowly until you can get in the same tone as when you say it slow but not change it. I am not sure how you can explain how to say noi but it is like calling out to a person you don't know the name of by 'oi!' then just add n add he word should some what sound right. But then, make your tone go down a little, not a bit too much since it might scare people. Just don't make it high like you are calling someone. Practice a bit with yourself. Look at the way Vietnamese pronounce each diacritic. Maybe learn from the internet what it should actually sound like, the diacritics.
