Literally you would say "buon pommeriggio bella donna", but in reality, the Italians rarely use 'good afternoon' (although they could, there's nothing wrong with it).

More usually you would say "buon giorno bella donna", or even "buon giorno bella" ('buon giorno' being 'good day' and the a of bella signifyng that you are addressing a woman).

If you wish to be informal (or cute) or both, you would say "Ciao bella!"
