Note when you perform this all data will be lost and should be backed up before performing this operation!!!

Also make sure you have your dell driver CD or DVD if not go to dell.com and click home, desktop or laptop, support, then drivers, enter the service code and download all ur drivers and burn them to a DVD or CD of you do not do this first you will not be able to access the internet after the operation is complete.
