How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 2000 Kia Sportage?

Hey there, well I had some experience with this myself, although I found it to be quite a pain. I am assuming normally you would remove the headlight assembly which would cause you having to remove the grill and a couple other things, but since this is rather hard and I'm lazy i just decided to try and reach. Anyway, open up your hood, then look behind one of the lights preferably the driver side one first, (it's easier b/c it has more room for hands) you will see a wire plugged into the back of a rubberish seal, first unplug the wire, it is simply a clip in so just press the button on it and pull back, then comes the bit harder part, now you see the round seal, it has a tab, most likely on the bottom of the circle, grab this tab and pull it back until the entire seals come off. Now your too the actual area where the bulb is mounted and secured. I don't know how to quite explain this but look at the area for a while you will notice a metal latch thing over the light and a little part that sticks up on the left side of it, push into this latch like your pushing into the light then push it upward while still holding it down. NOW BE CAREFUL the light is now loose, gently remove the light without breaking it, the light is under HIGH PRESSURE and could injure you. I recommend using gloves, don't' touch the light bulb it's self just the metal part on the end of it. now if you look into the metal latch area and look at the light bulb you will notice that they have a 3 point puzzle matchup thing (I don't know how to explain in) in which they fit into the headlight. Take the new light bulb (which for your car is a 9003 or H4) and replace it, hold it with one hand while you re-do the latch on it making sure it is secure, then replace the seal and plug in the power cord into the back and your good to go. Now repeat with the passenger side one, mind you you might need some small hands on this, b/c i have big hands and lost some skin over it.
