On my 2000 Sonata, it was pretty straightforward. Loosen lug bolts on wheel. Jack up the car and finish removing the wheel lug nuts, remove tire. Remove brake calipers. Two bolts. Suspend caliper to remove weight from the caliper hose. The rotor should be able to be straight pulled off. It might need some banging with a rubber mallet. Use eye protection. Make sure your parking brake is off, as the parking shoes are inside the rotor and will hold the rotor tight if on. If this is unsuccessful, there is one or two screws on the rotor that can be removed and a longer screw inserted and tightened, this will lift the rotor off of the inner hub. Don't break the screw. Slide the rotor off, then replace it with the new rotor, replace caliper and probably a new set of brake pads. Replace wheel and lug nuts, lower car to ground and finish tightening the lug nuts to torque found in owners manual.

After the wheels are removed ,remove two bolts that hold the caliper on and remove caliper. Then remove two bolts that hold the caliper mounting bracket. Then you need to remove the axle bolts on the end of the hub and slid axle out. There is a nut with 4 slots in it that hold the hub and rotor on you need a spindle socket to remove.I picked one up at Napa the part number is 3195 . After you remove nut I will slide right off,be ready to catch the outer wheel bearing as you slide it off. There are eight bolts that hold the rotor to the hub after removing give it a little tap to break apart.Oh ya block your truck and leave parking brake off or wouldn't get the rotor and hub off. Good luck............I just did mine today.
