The end of the sprayer where the hose comes into it unscrews. The sprayer comes off and at the end of the hose there should be a metal C clip holding 2 washers on the end of the hose. Just remove the clip and washers and install the new one.
Replacing a kitchen faucet can be easy or extremely difficult depending on how old your faucet your replacing is and what kind of K sink you have. If you look under your k sink and see chrome supply lines to your faucet then you are better off replacing those as well, and in many cases I usually replace the supply lines just to be sure they wont leak with stainless braided. Turn off the water stops and once you have the supply lines disconnected then you can (which sometimes its very hard) disconnect the faucet nuts which hold the faucet to the sink. With every new faucet they mostly come with instructions of what kind of new faucet you have and I would just follow those instructions installing the new faucet. If you can not get the faucet holding nuts off from under the sink because some older faucets are so corroded its almost impossible then I would uninstall the K sink and cut the faucet nuts off with a hacksaw or sawzil with a fine tooth blade.
On most sprayer heads, where the hose goes in unscrews. The first 3/4 inch or so. That lets the head come off and on the end of the hose there should be a C clip on the hose that the end that unscrewed rests against. Slide the C clip off to remove the end piece and install a new sprayer head.

A copper kitchen faucet offers more fresh water compared to the stainless steel faucet. The copper kitchen faucet also has more powerful water energy and valves.
If you have bubbles coming out of your kitchen faucet, you have a venting problem. It has nothing to do with soap in your faucet.
Maybe the kitchen is further away and on smaller pipe.
If the kitchen sink is stainless steel you can punch a hole where you need it with a hole-saw. If it is porcelain on steel or cast iron, and you dont want to replace it, then you will have to return the faucet to where you purchased it and exchange it for one with the correct center to center dimension.
Take apart and change washer, or just replace entire faucet set, often easier.
Depending on the buyer's location, where they purchase the faucet, the style of faucet, and what the faucet is made of, kitchen faucets can cost anywhere from $30 to $47,000.
