To replace the kickstart shaft on a CT90 the entire engine must be disassembled and crankcase split in order to gain access to it, it can be a difficult job and will require some mechanical knowledge and a manual. it is quite expensive as all gaskets have to be replaced and the whole engine has to be reassembled after wards. so unless you are after a perfect rebuild or are going to be performing some bottom end or gearbox work on the engine it is not really worth it unless you willing to pay the cost. otherwise you can just simply roll start it.

What is the selling price of a Honda trail 90?

it depends on what year it is and how good of condition it is in. I have a 1971 Honda trail 90 and everything on it is working and all original parts and i could sell this anywhere between $1200 and $1500 because it is an antique so the older it is the more its worth. If you are thinking of buying one tho I'd go with a Honda ct110 because you can get the ct90 and ct110 legalized to drive on the roads and the ct110 is faster.

What oil does a ct90 take?

The CT90 takes regular engine oil, the same that is in your car. it does not take any different oil for the gearbox as it is all lubricated by the engine oil. anything between 20w-50w is fine and multi-grade is also fine, at colder temperatures you should use denser oil, about 10w-20w.

1992 goshen minibus with a ford e-350 badge what kind of fuel mileage can you expect and what size gas tank does it have?

I don't know if this helps, but I have a 2002 Ford 350 mini-bus (Dial-A-Ride transit bus), with a 7.3 turbo diesel. I just drove from NY to Michigan at 70 mph+ and got 21 mpg. 998 miles and 47 gallons of diesel. I also picked up 25 55-gallon barrels in Ft. Wayne, IN (they all fit!!!) and ALSO a 1971 Honda CT90 (and it fit too). I loaded the bike with the wheel-chair lift. (A Braun with 800lbs capacity). I'm going to buy a couple more; one to turn into an RV; the other to hauls tools; pick up appliances; etc. The best vehicle for doing all of this--AND, the police ignore you--thinking that you are a Transit Bus. I was caught speeding twice and they just waved at me.
