The filter is located under the car, just ahead of the fuel tank on the passenger side.
It's a quick disconnect on one end and uses two two wrenches on the other end. You
will want to relieve the fuel system pressure before changing it. Open the fuel filler
cap, then remove the fuel pump relay. Start the car and let it run until it quits. Shut
off the ignition and go ahead and replace the filter.
When you purchase the new filter, the way the quick connect works
will become evident. A Haynes or Chilton manual will have diagrams
and directions for you to follow.
