THE VW RADIO REQUIRES A SPECIAL STEREO REMOVAL TOOL THAT WAS DESIGNED FOR Ford. IT IS A "U" SHAPED TOOL WITH TWO KNOBS ON EITHER END. IT CAN BE PURCHASED ALMOST ANYWHERE THAT STEREO EQUIPMENT IS SOLD. ONCE INSERTED IN THE FOUR HOLES IN THE FRONT OF THE STEREO IT SHOULD PULL RIGHT OUT

All radio codes are different, otherwise it would be pointless to have them. It should be in your owners manuel on a radio card. If you dont have that, you can take your registration to the dealer and they will give you the code free of charge.

You don't. 1995 VW Golf's and GTI's (4cyl & VR6 models) have a hydraulic clutch which means it will self adjust itself to the driver over time. Hand adjusting isn't possable
