Move the safety forward to the 'fire' position, then open the bolt. As you are sliding the bolt to the open position, pulling the trigger will allow the bolt to be removed.
Take out the clip , unload any existing bullets from barrel. Remove the two screws from the clip plate, and then remove the two main screws,one in front of and one behind the clip area. Now carefully remove the barrel from the stock. Then remove the bolt action and clean the barrel as per the cleaning material instructions.
You don't - you'd need to take it to a gunsmith for this.

To remove barrel, first disassemble gun. Remove magazine by inserting a 1/4" dia punch in the hole in the magazine and unscrew. Now the hard part. Unscrew the action from the barrel. You will need a special barrel vice and a special action wrench to do this - if you don't want to bugger up the barrel and action. The barrel vice needs to accomodate the rib (if installed). It needs to use custom made wooden jaws (for each different barrel). Use rosin on wooden jaws to increase friction. These tools are usually only economical to make if you are in the gun repair business.

With MOST bolt action rifles, empty the weapon, check that it is clear, take safety off, open the bolt, draw to the rear, depress and hold trigger, and bolt can be withdrawn. A few require the trigger be pushed forward.
remove foreend screw and remove wood. remove threaded lug behind spring latch assembly. lift spring assembly off of barrel lug, then pull rear hasp forward and out. open action and lift barrel out. just lifting the forend off can fracture old wood.
Pull down on the front of the foreend. It snaps right off. Open the action, and the barrel lifts back and up off the hinge in the receiver.
The ignition barrel can be removed by removing the retaining ring. The barrel will slide out. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the barrel.
