You will have to remove the lower steering column cover and then remove the two screws that secure the top cover in place. You will have toget the inverted Torx sockets to get the screws out. I bought a kit at Shucks(Kragen/Checker) for about $16.00. YOu will now be able to lift the top cover out of the way and get to a small hole on the top of the cylinder housing. Insert a small Allen wrench into the hole, and turn the key to the run position, the lock cylinder should come right out. Hope this helps.
