The sensor is part of the door latch. You would have to remove the door pne and unplug the latch.
Start by removing the door panel for the effected door latch. The latch should have about 3 torx screws holding it in place. You also need to remove the outer door handle, and have to use a long thin torx bit to gain access to the screw. once the outer door handle is removed, then you can remove the door latch/lock assembly. depending on which door, you also might need to drill out a couple of rivets on the window regulator to be able to remove the latch.
The latch is attached to linkages... you have to grab those linkages and pull them in the direction that the latch would've pulled them (usually inward).

ITS NOT EASY. MY EXPERENCE IS THAT YOU WILL ALMOST HAVE TO GUT THE DOOR. LOWER THE WINDOW REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL ( DISCONECT WIRING ) AND SET TO THE SIDE REMOVE SCREWS FROM METAL DOOR PANEL AND MINIPULATE IT OUT OF THE WINDOW TRACK (GOOD LUCK) REMOVE THE THREE TORX LATCH SCREWS FROM THE DOOR FACE (THEY HOLD THE LATCH IN THE DOOR) REMOVE THE TWO BOLTS THAT HOLD THE DOOR HANDEL IN PLACE (ONE INSIDE, ONE OUT) PRY CONECTING RODS OUT OF THEIR CLIPS (AGAIN GOOD LUCK) WITH ALL CONPONENTS LOSE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE LATCH A NEW LATCH IS ABOUT $60.00 BUCKS AND WILL HAVE NEW ROD CLIPS WITH IT, DEALER ITEM ONLY PLAN ONE BREAKING SOME OF YOUR PLASTIC DOOR PANEL STUDS SO PURSCHASE A FEW OF THEM WHEN YOU GET THE LATCH, THEY ALSO ARE DEALER ONLY
I assume that you are asking how to take the lock cylinder out? If yes: 1. With the window up remove the door panel. 2. Reach inside and loosen the latch to remove the lever that leads to the door latch. 3. There is a thin metal clip that holds the cylinder in place, it has a tab on it. Pull out on the tab to remove it, the door lock cylinder should now come out of the door. Reverse the process to reinstall. If you actually want to take off the door latch ask about that.
