I've fixed a lot of fuses. You've just got to pull. The tool they give you might not work, try some needle-nose pliers. Just grab it and pull. Maybe wiggle it a little. Sometimes they're just stubborn.

∙ 15y agoI'm not a mechanic, but most of them have a 1/4 inch screw in the middle of the plugs on the firewall side of the body. Take that one screw loose and pry the plug off the back side of the fuse pannel. There should be silicone sealant holding it so you have to pry it off. You should be able to remove the fuse pannel from inside then.
