How do you partially bury an above ground swimming pool?

This depends on if your deck is poured already or not. Your pool wall is suppose to be surrounded with a concrete footer around the bottom of the wall that is suppose to prevent this. With that being said, if you have your deck poured already, and you have your concrete footer poured, you will need to at minimum, tunnel under the deck and cut the concrete footer out of the area needed to be rasied, plus a foot or so in each direction. It will be easier if you cut out the deck above as well. Then you can jack the pool wall up with a hydraulic jack, carefully, just like you would a house that has sunk. Bracing the jack will be the hardest part. After you have done this, i would hammer drill about 3 holes in each side of the footer so that you can insert rebar into them to support the footer patch. Also, see if you can attach rebar to the wall some sort of way to prevent this from happening again. Now you will mix some concrete with a minimum pressure rating of 2500 psi, fill in the gap and pour over the leftover footer by a foot or so on each side, and even have some fill under the wall too. Placing a cut piece of plywood in front of the gap on the inside of the pool will keep it from going into the pool. Once this is finished, rebackfill and fix the cut section of the deck the same way if you decided to cut it. Either way this will not be fun and should be done with great care, and most importantly pay attention to the wall when you start to jack it up. A support piece that spans along the bottom of the wall in between it and the jack will keep your wall from bending up, hopefully. Im sure it is noticeable, but if you can just fill the gap in the deck and shim on top of the wall to raise the coping to the correct elavation, this would probably be easier. Of course if there is no footer, and no repair is done there, there is probably nothing to stop it from sinking further unless the deck or footer has stopped it at this point. Hope this helps.

yes this is possible and the least expensive is adding an extention to the top of the pool panel, which creates the illusion of a level pool, without the great expense of excavating. remove the liner and add the extention kit to the top of the panel and reset the liner and you will never know that the pool is not level
