If it's a Legal-Term it would be in "Black's Dictionary", (any law-library has this Dictionary so the question s where's a Public Law Library you can go to since you have to be a law student to access most college law libray's). Maybe Black's Dictionary is on line? A Dictionary explains how to pronounce it, (i.e., You, (yoo)!
