Grind

2 cups soaked long grain rice or Basmati rice or jasmine rice for 3-4 hrs

1 can coconut milk

2 table spoon of grated coconut ( frozen but thawed)

2 tablespoon of cooked rice

1/2 tsp instant yeast mixed with 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp sugar( Let it sit for 5 mts)

Can add water to make it like dosa batter consistancy

Keep in a warm place for 6-7 hrs until it ferments add salt to taste , make appam in an appam chatti /pan with medium flame.
