Hey, I just figured how to oil it today...there are two little button like things on top of the machine, right next to the place where u fill the bobbin... Take a pin and pop the button out. Then take some wd40 and spray all over inside. Take a lil flash light and look inside to make sure u got all the part. Then u turn the wheel a couple of time to make sure everything is moving well... Leave it for a while maybe like an hour... I hope this helps!! 😊

Try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. My 3 year old twins and their 2 year old sister once got a hold of oil paint and smeared it all over my bathroom and floor and even wood and the magic eraser got it all off even though it was dry.
