This depends on how 'genuine' you'd like it to sound. If you are trying to create something entirely fanciful, choosing random body parts of mythical animals is a good start. (eye of gorgon, dragon's toenails)
If you'd like it to sound more realistic, but still in the fantasy genre, start with real herbs and plants. Real witch's recipes often include plants, herbs and essential oils. By adding one or two fantasy elements you can make it sound more magical. Some real products have very good names for use this way, like dragon's blood, which is a resin that comes from a plant.
For the Horror genre, you could choose herbs and plants that are poisonous or have dark-sounding names.
You can also add conditional elements such as 'picked during the full moon', or 'gathered while skyclad'.

If you loo up a pretzel recipe you will see that it generally has a recipe for making the dough... if not you can look that up separately. Just look up a soft pretzel recipe on Epicurious.com or AllRecipes.com... if you wanted to make hard pretzels you could jsut overbake them I suppose, hah
A good recipe for a protein shake includes non fat milk, protein powder, peanut butter, and bananas. You can also add any fruit or yogurt to your liking, however it is up do you to make the best tasting recipe.
