Pretty simple!
If it is Windows 98, pretty simple (and a couple of ways)
right-click on a blank part of the task bar, select 'properties', then look for 'show small icons in Start Menu'
Or.... else 'start' -> 'settings' -> 'taskbar & start menu' - - same thing
Because the smaller the size the higher the pitch and the bigger the bar the lower the pitch.
You have to have the program for your computer. From there, it explains how to do it.
cut with scissors until it get to the size you want
Click Start -> My ComputerAlternatively you can go to My Documents and then right click on the address bar and My Computer will be one of the options.
I think you are referring to the 'Task Bar'.

The task bar on every WIndows computer is the bar at the bottom of your screen with a Windows logo on the left of it (the Start button) and the clock on the right.

You find the search bar at the top of the computer screen and go to facebook.com. Once you get there, you can either easily make a free Facebook account or you can start having fun on your already existing account.
Do you mean the bar on top with letters in it that start with "HTTP"? If that is what you mean, that is your address bar where you can type in a website's URL.? Or maybe you mean something else
Click the Start button. It is on the lower left of the bar at the bottom of the screen. It is round and usually blue.Click 'Control Panel' on the menu that pops up, this is where the computer settings are.
