Everyone has problems in their life. The key to making life easier is your attitude and how you view them. My life became a whole lot easier when I changed my outlook on life. You can't change the past and living in the future will drive you insane. Bring yourself back to now.

Think about it. Is life really that hard? There is always someone in the world with worse problems like you. If you take the attitude that everything will work out then you will sail through life with ease. Things are going to happen and life will go on. You can only change the outcome of events somewhat. You can try to prevent something from happening and you can make things easier a bit but for the most part whatever will be will be.

Live your life in the moment and don't think about what will happen later today or tomorrow because you can't predict it or change it. Life goes on as they say. Cars break down, people will die, you will stub your toe. That's life. Everyone is dealing with it to some extent.
