You can use Windows Movie Maker to do this, its very simple. Go to the start menu and find Windows Movie Maker. Now after it opens add the song you want to shorten to the collection. Then, Drag the song onto the music frame which, by default, should be under it. To make it shorted, Click and drag one of the ends of the bar on the Music frame. and drag it left or right. Finally when you think you have it perfectly, you can go and save the file as a .mp3
