I think you have to respect her decisison. She´s the one who has to live with it and not you. To make that decision is never easy and she probably didn´t make it without a lot of thinking back and forth. If the future shows she has made a mistake that will be on her. And I´m sure she knows that.
Answer2: You cannot stop her if the decision is made. However, get her to go to your local Social Services Department , they can give her assistance and information that can help in her decision. There are programs for low income families, assistance with finding a home and other resources available to her.
