You file something called a "proof of claim", within the time period specified, with the court. The bankrupt, the administrator or just about anyone involved should be able to make sure you get one....and if your on the BK records as a possible creditor, you should be getting one automatically. It makes no difference whether your debt will qualify as a preferred claim, secured, unsecured, administrative, etc. for how you make a claim, although it will be asked on the claim form.
"How is a claim filed as an unsecured creditor to the US bankruptcy court case 07-23686-RG?"
no...
There really are not too many requirements for someone that has bad credit and is looking to get an unsecured loan. One of the requirements is to not have recently filed for bankruptcy.
You should not have paid any unsecured debt after the chapter 7 was filed. All unsecured debts were discharged. If you made the mistake of continuing regular payments on an unsecured debt after filing, you may have reinstated the debt. If in doubt, consult a local bankruptcy lawyer.
No, they will pay the claim to you and then you will be able to do what is fiscally responsible.
No, a creditor is required to file a claim if seeking payment, otherwise that claim is considered waived. So in this case. if there was no claim, then it was waived and the debt discharged. But even if it was filed, it would have been discharged in the business BK.
It depends on the chapter they filed and the financial state of the company, most likey not, that is why the filed for bankruptcy, they have no funds.

No the bankruptcy will not show on your credit history unless you filed as well. However, now the mortgage company has the right to come after you in full for the amount owed, since the Court has released him from all obligations.
