This belt is tightened by a manual system. The key is to loosen the bolt located on the tensioner pully, then loosen the adjustment bolt located above and to the left of the pully.
For the 4.0L, there is an adjustment bolt behind and on the engine side of the Power Steering pump. It runs diagonally behind the pump and the tension pulley. In order to loosen the tension, the bolt on the tension pulley must be loosened first. This pulley is the one below the power steering pump. Tighten the pulley bolt again once the adjustment has been made.
