Owner's manual will tell you.
If your tail lights have blown, it is possible that the live wire to the passenger vanity mirror is shorting out to ground and blowing the fuse. This is not shown on the wiring diagram. I discovered this after several days of replacing fuses and finally after blowing my last one I decided to put a strand of copper wire across the two blades of the fuse. I got into the car and when I turned the switch I got a smell of burning and a small plume of smoke came from the vanity mirror mounting. When I unscrewed the fitting the wires were chaffed and this what was causing all this grief.

Check the antilock wire beneath the master cylinder. Also the RWAL (rear wheel anti-lock) computer will store a (1 code at a time) code due to a faulty system. This code can be read by counting the flashes starting with the long flash as one and following with the short flashes there after (1(long)2(short)3(short)...and so on). The long flash always starts the new set of flashes. If the brake light stays on then a code reader will need to be used ($20 on ebay), which is read the same way.

Sounds like your dimmer switch isn't working or it is turned all the way down for night driving.. It has a setting that allows you to turn off the lights on your dash and radio for driving at night. Locate your dimmer switch and see if it is turned down all the way. If not it may have gone bad and needs to be replaced.
