You'll know most of the time if a woman is attracted to you. The main thing is, all women are different. They'll give you hints upfront especially coming from shy women, they're there. Now, there will be times where you have no clue yet she's attracted to you but you can feel it, you just don't know. You can either wait it out and see what happens or simple, walk up to her in a calm manner and introduce yourself. Try talking to her to build up her confidence and complimenting her and see who she is. You'll know in the end that she likes you or not. If you don't know the woman, it's up to you whether or not you want to know her. Take a chance and see where it goes, you're never going to know anything about the woman if you don't try.
