- FTP the template
- FTP the content images if you added some to the content
- Import the SQL file if you created prior content offline
But the best way to do it is via cpanel. Additionally, if you use cpanel you will be able to update automatically, a lot less work.
I highly recommend cpanel for your Joomla site, why clean a car with a cotton pad when you can go to a car wash? Cpanel Joomla installation takes seconds, manual installation takes nearly an hour.
