So if the client has a suggestion for the website, and it is something useful for the website, you should want to add it. You add this suggestion as you added all the other design and technical information that you already did. That's where I don't get this question. You can do anything on your website these days that you or your client can think of. It's a matter of whether or not it will be accessible and attractive to your users.
