You can watch films stored on your hard drives and computers, anywhere on your network.The way I have done it, is to use a media player, that has a wireless connection. I have an Asus O!Play Air HDP-R3. You can connect USB drives to this and it has an HDMI output to your TV. It also has a wireless adapter built in and connects to my network. Any computer logged on and has a folder shared, can be seen and the files played.
