I don't know much about this but I'm pretty sure that the part of your brain that sends anxiety, fear and the warning to be careful to the rest of you, can be dysfunctional and you don't really get fear. But I'm not sure, so not count on this.
Impossible, everyone has at least 1 fear and many have ones they don't know about, I originally thought I only had arachnophobia, then realised my fear of being trapped is Claustrophobia, now I know I have all these:
Arachnophobia - slight
Fear of Spiders
Claustrophobia - acute
Fear of small spaces
Atychiphobia - some
Fear of being wrong
Face your fears and explore the world around you, afraid of nothing.
Try your best to think of something fun and with a bunch of people and it helps a lot.

There does not appear to be a scientific term to specifically describe the fear of taking control. Perhaps the fear stems from the possible result of taking control, or making the decision. Sorry to say there is no specific fear for "a fear of lack of control." Loss of control is a symptom - that is to say - it describes what most phobics fear - a loss of control when confronted with whatever it is that scares them the most.Agoraphobia is most known as a fear of "leaving the home" or being out in public. Agoraphobia, however, is one of the closest phobias associated with a fear of losing control. The home is seen as ultimate protection, while leaving the home is the fear of not having control of the outside environment. Of course the fear of lacking control can come at different times and in different ways for anyone that suffers from that particular type of anxiety. I, personally, don't have a problem leaving the confines of my house, but I would be lying if I said it was not more comfortable to stay at home because I have more control over what will happen to me - including limiting the embarrassment of having a panic attack in public.
