I'm not sure what you mean by "grow" but to care for them, keep them away from direct light, try to get some humidity in the room or put the violet pot on a saucer with a layer of pebbles and water. Just make sure the roots are not sitting in water. Water only when almost dry, but not too much. Just keep it moist.
