The word "hell" thus originally conveyed no thought of heat or torment but simply of a 'covered over or concealed place.' In the old English dialect the expression "helling potatoes" meant to place the potatoes in the ground or in a cellar.
If you do not believe that Christ Jesus died on the cross for your sins, if you always deny the Lord in front of people, if you do not follow God's Word (The Holy Bible) and do not ask forgiveness from God you can go to hell when you die.
Answer:- Apart from those already assigned to hell i.e. those who were cast out of heaven. A person may be assigned to hell after having once received a testimony that the Holy Spirit exists, and then coming out in open defiance or rebellion that the Holy Spirit does not exist. This is the worst of all known sins, even murder. A person may deny the existence of God and Christ, but once having had a sure knowledge that the Holy Spirit has testified a truth to him and then denying of it's existence is a sure candidate for hell.
