Go to the bed that is just behind you and get Zack to aim above it and break the panels. Jump up and get onto the floor above it. Go to the right all the way to the end. There will be a window near a shelf with a screw on it. Go through the window. (i suggest you be Zack in this as its easier)
You will carry out onto a window ledge. You HAVE to go right in order to carry on the level
But
if when you come out the window you look left you will see a set of white balls. just step off and you should fall down and land on a ledge with a window. Go in it and you will be at a room that is the other half of the big gap. Run fast to bounce on the bed and jump over the gap in order to get back. (that is the only way to get back to the correct route)
