It is there. Go to the "Lewis and Clark" time (1805 AD). Climb to the top of the big tree, where a squirrel (beaver?) goes up and down with the stone bowl on his head. Jump just before he pops up to get the bowl.
The "signaling bowl" goes to the left side of the Great Wall of China (1593 AD).
