I'm sorry but the court will not revert the adoption. You can try and I suggest you consult a lawyer on this but this is extremely rare if it even happens. Even if he lose custody and they terminate his rights they will not go back to you. The court will not think it is in the child's best interest to be with someone who once gave them up. But you should consult a lawyer to see if there is any chance.
Not until the child has reached adult age. In order for the child to be adopted the parent had to give up parental rights so they no longer have rights to the child.
Not from the parent that is losing parental rights.
No, once a child is adopted, the original parent or parents have no more rights to the child. This also means that child support is not required.
When adopted you have the same rights as the biological children to inherit your parents.
Yes, until/unless the child is adopted.
Yes, unless/until the child is adopted.
A legally adopted child will be treated as any other minor. Their adopted parents have the same rights and responsibilities as a biological parent. So, the answer is probably 18.
Yes and no, depending on the circumstances. Not if the child was adopted.
Yes. The next of kin has adopted many children.
A legally adopted child is considered the parent's child just as much as if they had given birth to that child. So being adopted does not affect the rights or the heirship of the deceased parent's house and assets, even if they have biological children, as well. What does matter, is the state's laws regarding heirships with or without a will. You need to consult an attorney if there is no will to see what your rights are.
Yes. I am in Georgia and I adopted my niece. The biological parents were relinquished of all rights to the child, even child support responsibility.
Only the court can terminate your parental rights and then you are still required to pay child support unless the child is adopted.
