check to make sure that the power 12v and the ignition 12v are wired up correctly the "constant 12v" connection flows constant power to the radio to keep the preset channels and the clock memory active. the accessory is for when the car is turned on to accessory mode, the rest of the stereo will turn on. they are probably hooked up incorrectly.
You need to turn off the radio and then turn it back on while holding down the clock button from there use the up and down buttons to change hour then press clock again and use the up and down buttons to change the minutes then turn off the radio. When you turn the radio on again the clock should be working
Turn your car on, so that the radio can be turned on and off. Then turn your radio off. After is it off, push the clock button and while holding clock, use seek to change the hour and tune to change the minutes.
Hold the 'clock' button until it starts to blink, adjust the time and poke the 'clock' button to accept the time.
It is fairly easy to set an alarm on a GE cd clock radio 7-4801A. Hold down the alarm button. While doing this, you will want to change the time shown. this will be the time the alarm goes off. Finally, turn the alarm on.
Leave it alone. The next time it gets a radio signal lock it will set itself. If it sets wrong, verify and if necessary correct the time zone.

You will loose your radio presets and clock time. You will have to reset the clock and radio presets and that is all.
It displays on the factory radio. There is a button on the OEM radio to either show the time or radio station.
You must have the original radio, and through radio may change the time on citroen car !

I don't believe you can display both the radio station and the clock at the same time. With the radio on push the "CLK" button, that will display the time and I believe when you change radio stations it will display the station # temporarily before returning to the clock display.
To "change" the clock you need to "change" the radio..... To "change" the time, see Setting the Clock on page 3-9 of your "Owner's Manual", under Section 3: Comfort Controls and Audio Systems.....
with the radio off use the seek buton to set the time
On the RAK radio hold down the TIME button.

Turn the radio off, push and hold the clock key, the volume or the search key will change the time. Push on the right side for the min the left side for the hr. Its been so long since i have changed mine you might have to have the radio on. LOL
what sort of radio? alarm clock, radio in a vehicle, other? IF a car radio, what year make model of vehicle, and what type radio (AM, AM/FM, AM/FM/CD, etc?)
